La Casa de Maria Program Registration Policies

For all La Casa-sponsored programs, unless otherwise noted:

Full payment for all programs is expected 2 weeks prior to your program date.

  • Cancellation 14 days or more before your arrival date: payments made will be refunded in full (less a $25 processing fee per person).
  • Cancellation 3 – 13 days in advance of your arrival date: a $75 cancellation fee per person will be charged. If the amount you have paid for your program is less than $75 then the entire amount paid will be retained.
  • Cancellation 2 days or less before your arrival, no show, arriving late, or leaving early: no refund is available.

We are not able to transfer your deposit or program fee to another La Casa de Maria program or service.

La Casa de Maria may have a different cancellation policy for some programs based on factors such as the length and cost of the program.

La Casa de Maria reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. In this event, you will be given a complete refund.

Single rooms are not guaranteed for any program. If granted, an additional single supplement fee (the amount varies by program) will be required. Please do not send the single supplement fee amount prior to confirmation that a single room is available. Make your single room request on your reservation and our program registrar will contact you as the program approaches if a single room becomes available.

Our public programs are designed for attendees who are 18 years or older. Attendance by those younger may be possible on a program-specific basis. Please contact Peggy, our registrar, at 805-456-4220, if you have questions regarding a younger attendee.
