Love creates a safe foundation for what is to come in the New Year and beyond. Through poetry and mindfulness meditations, you will experience love of self; love of God; love as a foundation for kindness, compassion, generosity, and gratitude; and finally, love as service—ultimately making our lives meaningful.  Come experience four faces of Christian and Buddhist love to start your new year off right!

This program starts at 4 pm on New Year’s eve and goes until 4 pm on January 1st.

Fr. Larry Gosselin, OFM, is a Franciscan Friar of the Province of Saint Barbara, serving as minister at the Old Mission Santa Barbara.

Radhule Weininger, MD, PhD, practices psychotherapy in Santa Barbara and has studied Mindfulness meditation since 1981.
