One Dharma Sangha ~ Half-Day Sunday Retreat
Being at Home in our Body with Meditation, Music and Yoga
Our bodies are our homes on this earth, allowing us to do both: to live in this beautiful, often complicated world and to connect to the field of awareness – to that which is hard to fathom. With mindfulness and compassion meditation as well as Yoga movement Radhule Weininger and Anahita Holden will guide you through an afternoon of exploring and making friends with your body sense of self.
Anahita, psychologist, yoga teacher, meditator and harp player, will teach you to experience your senses and to make friends with your body, your home. Radhule will teach you to explore your body’s deepest intelligence and intuition through meditation practices.
This afternoon is meant for practitioners of all levels. No Yoga props are required. Come as you are.
Radhule Weininger, Ph.D., clinical psychologist, and teacher of Buddhist meditation and Buddhist psychology is the founder and guiding teacher of the One Dharma Sangha, as well as the resident teacher of mindfulness practice at La Casa de Maria Retreat Center in Santa Barbara, California.
