Perseverance is the capacity to stay with our work long after the passion has faded.  Yet it is also the discernment to know when to stop pushing the boulder uphill.  During this retreat we will work with six core Buddhist wisdoms — generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditative stability, and wisdom — to open our hearts, strengthen us, and offer the means to transcend the challenges and doubts that arise on the path.  Our exploration will include presentations, meditation, circle dialogue, dialogue walks, and personal reflection.

Note: We currently have only shared accommodations, but are keeping a wait list for single rooms. Be sure to add your room preference to the comment box during the registration process.

This series meets the qualifications for 12 hours of continuing education credit for MFTs and LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.  These CEUs will be available for an additional fee of $25 payable at the event.

Margaret (Meg) Wheatley, Ed.D., writes, speaks, and teaches globally. She is co-founder and President of The Berkana Institute, and has authored eight books.
