Mindfulness and compassion meditation, as well as the wisdom and knowledge of Buddhist and Western psychology, are tools that allow you to look at yourself clearly, and with acceptance and compassion. In this series you will learn formal meditations, as well as “on-the-go” practices, to help you respond rather than react during stressful times and to assist you in developing an inner sense of happiness and balance, regardless of outer circumstances.

Radhule Weininger, MD, PhD, practices psychotherapy, teaches mindfulness, and was a part of the inaugural immersion of CEB teacher training. Other faculty will be added for some sessions.

March 7 – Saturday, 9:30 am – 4:30 pm, lunch included.

March 8, 15, 22, 29 – 4 Sundays, 2:30 – 6:00 pm

This series meets the qualifications for 17.5 hours of continuing education credit for MFTs and LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
