A Conversation for the Common Good Event

We have all been impacted in some way by incidents of the use of deadly force by the police involving people of color, and the resulting distrust and division in our country. Sharing a variety of perspectives and an opportunity for participants to be heard, this event is intended to provide deeper clarity about this topic. A panel of those directly impacted, members of law enforcement, and the criminal justice system will join in music, prayer, dialogue, and contemplative experience.

This event will be facilitated by John Mutz, member of the Immaculate Heart Community for 13 years and a Los Angeles Police officer for 25 years. John has been a national change agent regarding policing, and recently appeared on the Tavis Smiley Show.
