  1. At various stages of your life you have lived different stories.  You may have experienced a Love story in romance or parenting, a Sage story in school, or a Warrior story if you have needed to fight for yourself. Living such stories has given you gifts. Using dialogue, movement, and introspection, you will experience how to gain clarity regarding what a current story is asking of you, or how to respond to a new story that is beckoning you.

This retreat time is designed to foster insights in a light and enjoyable way, as you discover positive things about yourself, some of which happened through life experiences and challenges, and some being awakened as you make a conscious choice to be your best self.  Over the course of the weekend, Carol will provide an assessment instrument, which can help you consider the stories you are living now. Gabi will provide opportunities for fun movement that can be done at all levels, movements can be modified to adjust to your body’s way and ability.
