Bodhichitta—the yearning to wake up fully for the sake of all beings, so we can extend deep caring towards ourselves and our world. Through Western and Buddhist psychology, and indigenous spirituality, we will explore how compassion meditation, deep nature connection practices, and being with our pain awakens the embers of bodhichitta each of us carry in our hearts.
Michael Kearney, MD, and Radhule Weininger, MD, PhD, will co-lead. Michael is a physician in palliative and hospice care, and an author. Radhule practices psychotherapy and teaches meditation.
