Friday 4/8/2016 - Sunday 4/10/2016
7:30 pm - 1:00 pm
Michael Kearney, Radhule Weininger
Deep nature connection brings us into a sense of vitality and belonging, of inner happiness and deep caring, and of the quiet mind. However, what we often experience is burnout, disconnection from what nourishes and regenerates us; we become depleted and dispirited. Together we will explore ways of maintaining a more consistent deep nature connection through both the inner path of meditation and the outer path of sensory engagement. This is a weekend for young and old, for caregivers and activists; for all who wish to feel more awake, more alive, and more connected.
Michael Kearney, MD, and Radhule Weininger, MD, PhD, will co-lead. Michael is a physician in palliative and hospice care, and an author. Radhule practices psychotherapy and teaches meditation.
