This retreat will integrate principles from the 12-Step addiction recovery model and Buddhist practices, along with yoga. You will learn meditation techniques, voice dialog processes, and basic yoga movement and breath work. Be prepared to laugh a lot, cry a little, and dig deeper into your own healing.

Darren Littlejohn has a graduate education in psychology, has taught thousands of yoga and meditation classes, and has authored three books on Buddhism and recovery.
